The Strategic Direction Initiative

Charting the Course is the framework for planning Boise State University's future for the next 5 years. In a three-phrase process, we will define what we mean when we say Boise State University is a metropolitan research university of distinction; create strategies and goals to achieve this vision; and identify key performance indicators. The process will result in establishing an accountability/investment plan to guide our campus resource allocations and decision making.

The Survey on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges is now (9-30-05) completed. The Provost thanks all who responded.
